Our Mission
The purpose of the Federation of San Rafael Neighborhoods is to facilitate communication and interaction among the neighborhoods, as represented by their associations, groups, and individuals, and to promote effective and regular communication with local government entities and agencies.
GOALS FOR 2026
- Raise awareness of topics, issues and opportunities impacting the San Rafael neighborhoods
- Be a resource and provide guidance to residents, neighborhoods and neighborhood groups to navigate City issues
- Change to non-fee structure organization: planning and communicating to all neighborhoods
- Create a partnership with the City as it relates to the sharing of information and concerns from the neighborhoods
- Decide whether we will become a legal nonprofit and if appropriate, proceed with implementation.
