The Residents of San Rafael need a Neighborhood Focus and Voice! 
The Federation provides this by:

  • Holding regular meetings with neighborhood leaders.
  • Maintaining effective relationships and communications with the Mayor, Council Members, City Manager and other department heads.
  • Acting as a champion of multi-neighborhood issues as well as downtown interests and concerns.
  •  Serving as a voice on behalf of all San Rafael neighborhoods. 
  • Focusing and acting on issues that protect and enhance neighborhood character and integrity.
  •  Working closely in collaboration with an array of parties.
  •  Speaking with a voice that is heard and listened to
